FAQ

Q: I have a pressing issue / question / etc. How do I get in touch with you?!

A: You can reach us re: website issues, item questions, order issues, etc. at hello@wearenfno.com. We do our best to respond as quickly as humanly possible.

Q: So where exactly do you ship?

A: At this time, we are currently only shipping to the United States and Canada.

Q: But I don’t live in either of those places! Why don’t you provide worldwide shipping? What did I do wrong?

A: In the words of every douchebag boyfriend, it’s not you, it’s me. We want to provide everyone with the best service possible but it’s just two people running the shop! If we bite off more than we can chew, we’re afraid things might slip through some angry people’s cracks (ew, gross visual). Give us some time - we’re working hard to provide worldwide shipping soon!

Q: Do you accept returns / exchanges?

A: Our humble little shop is just starting out so at this time we’re not accepting any returns or exchanges. Make sure you absolutely love what you’re buying because you’re kinda stuck with it for life.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and will ship within 1-2 business days. We ship all orders using the most cost effective service via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Estimated shipping turnaround:

  • USA: 3-5 business days

Please email hello@wearenfno.com if you need to expedite your order and we can see what we can do.

Q: I ordered from you like a freakin' month ago and it hasn't shipped yet. What do I do?

A: Wow! You got some serious patience. For customer service concerns, hit us up at hello@wearenfno.com and we’ll get to the bottom of it ASAP!

Q: You shipped my item but the tracking has stalled / is giving false information / my package is late / etc. What do I do?

A: Items that have been shipped with tracking become the responsibility of the postal system, be it USPS or your country's mail service. If your tracking number is giving you confusing data, please contact your local post office or the customer support for your postal entity first. They will have a much better idea of how to solve your issues than we will, sitting here, looking at the same tracking info as you! If they point you in our direction, by all means get in touch and we will do our best to duke it out with them ;) Note that especially during the holiday season all mail systems get bogged down and backlogged, so tracking can act weirder than usual.

Q: You shipped my item and the USPS tracking says it was delivered, but I can't find it! What do I do?

A: Sometimes USPS mail carriers scan their parcels early for some bizarre reason. There's a chance your mail will show up. If you haven't received your package within 2 business days of the "delivered" date, here's what you can do:

First: look everywhere. Look hard! Ask your roommate, your neighbor, your building manager, your dog, etc. if they have seen the package. This is especially pertinent during the holiday season when mail carriers are doing their best to avoid the sneaky mail thieves that lurk in the shadows, so they may get crafty with hiding your mail just to be safe! Be thorough in your search!

Second: If you still can't locate your package, get in touch with us and we will work on this with you.

Third: REMAIN CALM. Send a prayer out to the powers that be and channel some major positive energy. Let’s find this thing!

Q: I love your products, but I disagree with your pricing. Can I haggle with you to get what I want at a cheaper price?

A: Believe it or not, you aren’t the first person to ask us this. The reality is, we spent a shit ton of money on this start up to give you the absolute best quality products that we can confidently stand by. We also spent a lot of time with our business advisor (hi Frank!) to get the pricing right. We never want to be out of reach for anyone and our intention is to always price accordingly. We still have our day jobs, so we aren’t pulling a salary from this business (at least not yet!) but we do have to put money back into this business to grow it and create more fun, diverse products for everyone. Please know that we are doing our best and would never overcharge just for the hell of it.

Q: Can I place an order for a custom size / get this print I like in a different color / etc?

A: Unfortunately, we aren’t as flexible as a sex shop. Custom sizes / colors just aren’t something we can accept at the moment, but who knows what the future holds.

Q: I really wanted to buy ____________ but it's sold out! When will it be back in stock?

A: Usually when items sell out we aim to restock within a month. It can take a while because it involves ordering new products, fitting them into the schedule to get printed, etc. Every sold out variant has a "notify me when available" button - if you click that and enter your email address, you'll be automatically contacted as soon as the item is back in stock! Just sit tight!

Q: I really wanted to buy ____________ but it's not even on the site anymore! Will it come back at all?

A: Much like our beloved 90s sitcoms, if its time has come to an end, reviving it later down the line just won’t be as successful. Don’t fret though! Chances are we’re working behind the scenes to bring out some other cute shit.

Q: I'm an artist / illustrator. Can I work with you?

A: We aren't currently looking for new artists, but if you think you're a great fit you can email us at hello@wearenfno.com with the subject line "ARTIST SUBMISSION" and include a link to somewhere we can see your work. Even if you’re not a perfect match, we’ll do our best to respond and let you know!

Q: Where are your cards made?

A: In the good ol’ US of A. We work with a local print shop to get these bad boys printed. Whenever possible, we try to support local businesses!

Q: How do you print your products?

A: With a little bit of precision and a whole lot of ink.

Q: I know someone who would make a great guest for your podcast! How can we make this happen?

A: Unless you have direct connections to Drew Barrymore or Dan Levy, we aren’t able to accommodate every recommendation - but we do appreciate the thought! If you think the show just can’t go on without them (um, rude), then shoot us an email with the subject line “GUEST REC” and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

Q: I just came out to my loved ones and wasn’t supported. Is there anyone I can talk to?

A: We’ve been there, felt that. If you need someone to talk to, shoot us an email at hello@wearenfno.com and we will do our best to get back to you with words of support and encouragement. You’re not alone, friend!

Q: Do you have any LGBTQ+ resources?

A: Yup, sure do. We will update this list as we find more so keep checking back for updates (or send us an email of some of your favorite resources so we can plug them):
